This Villa was designed for a client’s mother, over a total built up area of over 8500sqft. The focus was on luxury and timelessness in this build. With carpeted floors and high ceilings, this design exudes extravagance.
This residence in Al Nahda in Dubai, the client wanted his living room/dining room to be versatile to host guests and for work. It was also stressed that the balcony area to be a little reprieve for him and his wife where they could enjoy some alone time.
This Mansoor Villa features a seamless blend of a cozy living room and an elegant dining space, designed to cater to both intimate gatherings and everyday relaxation. The expansive glass windows invite natural light, enhancing the vibrant atmosphere, while the thoughtfully curated balcony provides a tranquil retreat for the family to unwind.
